Rapid-response support:

Every contract type includes our rapid-response service, which ensures that you get the institution IT support you need it. With our core support model you will have direct access to our large Manchester-based Helpdesk team, all highly qualified and experienced support specialists, who are there to quickly log and respond to each ticket within 30 minutes.

We will also respond in clear and friendly language, leave us to deal with the tech jargon as we are there to support you. Support will be given between 8am -5.30pm during weekdays.

Modern classroom:

We will support your institution addressing the needs of a modern workforce, which may not all be in one building using traditional desktop stations. We will remotely support you where possible, using the latest cloud based systems to secure, support and manage devices regardless of them being in the HQ office or your home-workers front room.

Device management:

For institutions that use a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, Sync Assist can help you to manage your MDM, including:

• Purchasing apps in bulk and make them available automatically or through a Self Service catalog.
• Going from new-in-box to ready-to-use with zero-touch deployment through Jamf and Apple School Manager.
• Managing device settings and configurations, restrict malicious software, and patch Apple devices without user interaction.
• Automatically collecting hardware, software and security configuration details from your Apple devices.
• Going beyond configuration profiles, using policies and scripts to customise devices for the optimal user experience.
